Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
